Weld RE5J School District

Message from the Superintendent - March 8, 2017

Dear Weld Re-5J Families:

In Weld Re-5J, communication with our families has always been important to me. Over the past year, it has become even more apparent to me that I need to make communication with you and our staff an even bigger priority.

You will be hearing from me, more often, about the wonderful things going on in classrooms across our district; about how our schools, teachers, students and parents are connecting to achieve excellence. I would also like to hear from you. We recently created an e-mail account, listen@weldre5j.org, intended to receive your comments and input related to our district, schools, and students. I will personally review e-mails received at this address.

As I prepare to communicate with you more often, I want to ensure that I am prioritizing topics that are relevant and that engage you. That is why this week, you will receive an invitation to participate in a survey about the school district. This survey will help guide us in communicating with you.

This survey is administered by a third-party consultant and is completely anonymous. No names will be provided to the school district in relation to your responses.

I want to thank you in advance for taking time before March 22 to complete this survey.

I look forward to hearing from you via the survey and our new e-mail at listen@weldre5j.org.
