Helping Students at MES Reach Their Full Potential Through

Math and Literacy Support

STEM Enrichment

Community Partnerships

Family Celebrations

The Knights’ Success Lab is a free before and after school program designed to support students and provide unique experiences that will complement their regular school day — whether it be learning a new and exciting skill or getting assistance with concepts they might need more time to figure out. The program is also designed to engage families in their children’s education in a meaningful way.  The Knights' Success Lab is made possible through a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant.

Our vision is to unleash the potential of students through enrichment, academic support, and family engagement.  Our mission is the following: The Knight’s Success Lab exists to provide enrichment and support opportunities to students and families to improve academic performance, increase engagement in learning, and the discovery of future passions so that students experience positive momentum on their journey to their full potential.

How It Works

Academic Support

7:45-8:15 AM

Families can choose to participate in the morning session called Read A Latte as much or as little as needed.

We also offer literacy support groups Monday - Wednesday. It is important to connect with your child's teacher about their recommendation for attendance.

Enrichment Clubs

3:30-5:00 PM

Families can choose to participate in all or some of our enrichment clubs. However, we do ask that you commit to a club or clubs for the quarter. Clubs are offered in grade level bands. See the list of our first quarter clubs below.
