Principal's Message

Welcome to Milliken Middle School where we empower, challenge and inspire our students to learn, achieve and excel.   The Mustang staff is excited to work with the students as we provide outstanding learning experiences.

We are proud of the rigorous instruction and learning opportunities we provide students at Milliken Middle School. We also celebrate continuous success in our classrooms, in our offices and in our extracurricular programs. Milliken Middle School continues to be successful due to the dedicated staff that strives to meet the common goal of becoming “GREAT”.   This happens by assisting our students to be the best they can be.

As we look to the children’s future, we strive to provide skills needed to be successful in the work force. Students are provided one-to-one technology in the form of an iPad as a resource for learning. We will educate students to be able to inform their judgment, form their own opinions and provide rational for their reasoning. This will be achieved by reinforcing the skills of critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, communication, collaboration and citizenship.
