Student will graduate high school with a total of 41 credits toward the Associates of Applied Science in Building/Construction Site Management

Student will have earned The Construction Fundamentals Certificate

Student will have earned the OSHA 10 certification/card

The summer after graduating from high school and before coming to Aims, student will complete 1 credit paid internship with an industry partner.  

Student will start Aims fall semester with 42 credits completed toward the Associates of Applied Science in Building/Construction Site Management degree with all general education and electives completed along with over half of the core requirement courses completed.  

13th Grade (at Aims)

AEC228-Contracts and the Legal Environment (3 credits)
AEC231-Estimating II:  Cost Analysis (3 credits)
AEC232-Construction Project Management (3 credits)

*Secured a 20 hours a week job with industry partner, preferably with the same industry partner that student did summer internship with.

*Increase work hours to 40 hours a week (full time), transition into full time job while finishing up the remaining three classes to complete degree.

*Increase work hours to 35 hours a week with a 5 hours a week professional/peer mentoring/leadership experience.
