Meet Your Weld RE-5J Facilities Team!

The Facilities Department is here to meet the needs of every building in the district. We build, repair, and provide maintenance at each school daily. From the ordinary task of putting shelves together to emergency issues — your facility team can do it all! We are working diligently to change the maintenance culture to be proactive so please let the team know your needs. While deferring maintenance may feel like a cost cutting measure, preventative maintenance saves the district time and money in the long run. We are lucky that the newer schools and renovations have reset our buildings back to zero. Please keep the positive momentum and culture by proactively addressing your building needs as early as possible.

 

How do we let the Facilities Department know what is needed?

Drop us an email, joshua.roseberry@weldre5j.org , please include the school, room number, and a brief description of the problem, and Josh will create a work order for the team to handle.

 

What if my work order isn’t getting completed?

Many factors can delay work orders, and the main reason may be the priority of the task, with seven buildings to take care of issues may arise elsewhere that take us away from completing a less urgent task. Please reach out if you feel like you need your work order more of a priority.
