The Weld RE-5J School District is excited to distribute new iPads to our students.  In order for students to access the iPad and applications, all families must read, review and sign the Weld RE-5J Technology Agreement and Expectations.

Please be aware, after signing the agreement, you must check your inbox for an email from Adobe.  Included in the Adobe email will be a link to verify your email address before the district receives your signed agreement.  

If you encounter errors submitting the Adobe Form, please fill out the Google Form to submit your signature.
