Our Vision

Our Vision for Weld RE-5J Students

Weld RE-5J School district, together with our community and stakeholders, nurtures all children to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe and challenging learning environment.

Our Vision is to collaborate to support and teach the social, emotional, academic, career, and communication skills essential in the preparation and transformation of a well-developed student into a well-developed citizen.

  • Instructional Excellence will be achieved through a growth mindset that fosters the students’ ability to think creatively, collaborate, and communicate, demonstrating their learning in meaningful ways through authentic interaction/engagement with a focus on lifelong learning.
