This is my sixth year teaching 4th grade at Milliken Elementary School and my tenth year in education. Before coming to MES I taught 6th grade in Greeley for two years. I also spent time teaching kindergarten, 4th, and 5th grade back in Iowa. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University with endorsements in health and reading. I also have a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. On top of my specific degrees I  take multiple professional development courses every year to keep up to date on the latest research and best teaching strategies in the field of education.
