Amanda Proctor

Ms. Proctor joined the Board of Education in May of 2022. She is a long-time Milliken resident with two children — one a Roosevelt High School graduate and the other who is a student in Weld RE-5J. A finance director for a water district, Ms. Proctor has a strong background in public accounting. Ms. Proctor’s interest on the school board stems from her understanding of how local Colorado governments work, how schools are funded, and her financial mindfulness. She is passionate about making a positive impact in our community and has previously served as the treasurer for KQA’s Board of Directors and undertaken various volunteer roles with nonprofit organizations and our school district.
