Hello, Milliken Elementary families and students! My name is Caitlyn Dorris and I am thrilled to be in my fourth year of teaching 4th grade at MES. I am a Colorado Native and grew up in the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado. I completed my Master's degree in Elementary Education from UNC in 2018 and I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from CSU. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked in low-income housing and homelessness for 7 years as a social worker. When away from school I enjoy adventures with my two sons, crafting, and laughing at the antics of my cat and dog.
